Imagine Music Festival 2017

"Conscious Love Movement" is a yoga class, with live music by Psychic Dove. This class is open and welcoming for all levels to enjoy, beginner to advanced. This will be a 1.5 hr intention setting Vinyasa inspired Asana flow combined with Pranayama (breath work), Mantra Meditation, (call and response chanting of sacred mantras and affirmations) and also receiving Reiki Energy Healing and Sound Healing. 

This style of yoga is a conscious heart-opening practice that awakens your shakti (energy), stretches your body and mind, and connects your heart to the divine (love). It is not uncommon for visions to arise, as well vibrational energy moving through you causing any spontaneous emotional release, realigning imbalances and reinforcing the energy field with the divine.

Narayani Dasi, meaning "servant of the divine Goddess", is a student, energy healer and teacher with a passionate devotion to the yoga path. She is devoted to Bhakti Yoga, which is a path to self-realization, and the science of love. Narayani teaches a unique Vinyasa-Bhakti inspired flow called AnandaKanda Yoga which is designed to open your heart, let go of your mind, strengthen your muscles, and stretch all parts of your body and prepare your body for meditation. AnandaKanda in Sanskrit, "the language of Yoga", means "the root of bliss". She also loves to incorporate playfulness and fun, including going upside down, leaving her students to create space for new possibilities and transformation and she is especially known for her sweet Savasana's, whether she is giving you energy healing, a massage, or chanting a sweet tune on her harmonium, you will leave class feeling complete and satisfied.
